Room was spacious, but the heating didn't work during our stay.

We were disappointed to find that our special request for a bath for my disabled daughter wasn't honored, which impacted our stay's comfort significantly. the room's accessibility features were appreciated.

I booked a family room, but the sofa bed was too small to fit my two children comfortably. The receptionist didn't offer any solutions and just suggested a refund, which wasn't ideal after driving for five hours. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming. Breakfast options were limited, and the food quality didn’t meet expectations. many items felt dry and lacked flavor. the hotel itself had a modern design and was very clean. The staff, while some were unhelpful, the majority were friendly and professional, which made a difference. room service took far too long and the food also disappointingly contained plastic.

We had an awesome group trip! Visited the beautiful racecourse and explored the Thames Path. The hotel was a great base, with comfy rooms and friendly staff. Don't miss out on the superb pub nearby for a classic Sunday lunch.

One downside was the noise during the night from the service area. It was a bit disruptive for our sleep.

Air conditioning units incredibly noisy!!! Parking procedures confusing and poorly enforced, leaving disabled spots clogged with vehicles not displaying badges!!! Maintenance of facilities could definitely use some attention!!!

Cozy stay with great breakfast

We had a chill 3-night stay. The staff were super friendly, especially by the pool. Our room was comfy and clean. The breakfast was fantastic! So many options for the little one. One not-so-great thing was the tightness of the room door, which made getting in and out a bit tricky.
